Restaurant and Club Applicants desiring management positions please submit resume via mail or fax. Business office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding holidays. Applications will be held on file for six months after a position vacancy is filled. These applications will be reviewed if a similar position becomes available. All applicants will be notified of their status in writing at the end of the hiring/selection process.
